I see clients in a Garden Room at my home near Clavering.

If after our initial meeting for which there is no charge, we decide to work together, we would meet generally weekly, for as long as the work continues to be effective and beneficial to you.  I charge £60 per session though I am willing to always discuss this with any person who might struggle to afford these fees.  I believe counselling should be available to as many people as possible; it is for that reason I also do voluntary counselling sessions at a charity.

I offer either brief (6-10 sessions) or open-ended therapy where we will review the process periodically to ensure you are getting the most from our time together.  I also do Zoom, FaceTime and Skype sessions for those people who find it difficult to travel.

When the time comes to end our work it is important to make sure we have a proper ending so that we can review and complete all that has gone before in order to move on in a satisfying way.
